Are there any setup fees?
No. Not on the software, and not on the growth retainers either — there is no build fee, no onboarding charge, and nothing recovered quietly across your first few invoices. The first month's price is the first thing you pay. We'll walk you through setup on a call and get you running at no extra charge.
Who pays for the ad spend, and do you take a cut of it?
You pay it, and we take 0% of it. Ads run inside your own Meta and Google accounts, on your own card, billed to you directly by the platforms — the retainer is our entire fee, so we have no reason to talk you into a bigger budget. Every asset is created in your name from day one: ad account, Business Manager, Google Business Profile, landing page, pixel and conversion history. You own them and we work inside them as a user, which means you can remove our access in one click and keep everything.
What are the Stripe fees?
Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. Our 1% fee is in addition to Stripe's standard pricing.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. The waiver system is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. The Stripe integration is pay-per-transaction. Growth retainers are month-to-month with 30 days' notice — no annual term, no lock-in, and no penalty for stopping.
Do you guarantee rankings or results?
No — and we'd be careful with anyone who does. Nobody outside Google or Meta controls where you place, so a promised position is a promise someone can't keep. What we commit to is the work and the reporting: what was built, what ran, what it cost, and what came back — calls, direction requests, bookings and paid visits, measured against your real Mindbody data rather than platform-reported clicks.
What if I need help with setup?
Setup assistance is included. We'll schedule a call, connect your accounts, and make sure everything is working before you go live.
Do you offer refunds?
On the software — Stripe ↔ Mindbody Sync and Smart Waivers — yes: if you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, we'll refund your payment, no questions asked. The growth retainers work differently, on purpose. Once a month of work is done the media is spent and the campaigns have run, so instead of a refund you get something you can act on every single month: month-to-month billing, 30 days' notice, no contract and no lock-in. If it isn't working, you stop — you never owe us another year.
Can I use just one product?
Absolutely. Each product works independently — platform and growth are priced separately for exactly that reason. Plenty of studios run the integrations with no retainer at all. A growth retainer does read from your Mindbody account, so reviews, reactivation and attribution work off real visits, but it doesn't require the Stripe integration or the waiver system.
